For the Horse Lover who Loves Santa Fe, NM

Attention was paid to every detail for the comfort and safety of both horse and rider. Originally, they constructed two barns with eight stalls for their horses adjacent to the indoor arena. The arena is very bright, with excellent ventilation. One mirrored wall and a large elevated viewing stand make it one of the most inviting spaces to work in. All stalls and aisles are finished with tongue-and-groove wood interiors, rubber tile floor in aisles, automatic waterers, stall mats with underground drainage system, direct access to individual oversized run-outs with three-tier metal fencing, six individual turnouts and other top-of-the-line amenities.

The Main Barn also has a wash stall, grooming stall, private office with its own bathroom, separate staff bathroom, a tack stall with beautiful maple saddle racks, a laundry room and other facilities.

After a few years, Don and Jean constructed a separate eight stall auxiliary barn with similar amenities for their friends to stable their horses and use the excellent facilities. The auxiliary barn also has its own grooming and wash stall and tack room.
